We want you to be completely satisfied with your Babybly purchase. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds, returns, and exchanges are handled.
Returns Eligibility
You can request a return within 30 days of delivery if:

The item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Proof of purchase is provided.
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons (e.g., pacifiers, bottles, opened skincare, custom-made products).
Refund Process

Our team will provide instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.

Once received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange (different size, color, or product), we will process it subject to stock availability.
Shipping Costs

If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective item), Babybly covers return shipping.

For voluntary returns (changed your mind), customers bear the return shipping cost.
Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the stated timeline, please check with your bank, then contact us.
Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase unless already shipped.
Damaged or Defective Products
Take photos and email us immediately. We will resolve the issue quickly with a replacement, refund, or credit.
